  • Facility & Maintenance (Housekeeping, Linen & Laundry, Security, Transport, Safety, Dietary)

  • Marketing (Marketing Operations, Business Development, Customer Care)

  • Information Technology (IT Infrastructure, Systems & Network Management, Digital Transformation, Data Security & Support)

What You’ll Do

As our Operations Head, you’ll:

  • Lead and empower diverse teams (Facilities, Marketing, and IT) to deliver top-notch service across functions.

  • Ensure a safe, efficient, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, partners, and customers.

  • Drive marketing initiatives that boost our brand, deepen customer engagement, and open new business opportunities.

  • Oversee IT operations — from infrastructure and systems to digital solutions — ensuring technology enables smarter, faster, and more secure operations.

  • Build systems and processes that make everyday operations smoother, smarter, and more cost-efficient.

  • Champion customer care — making sure every client feels valued and heard.

What We’re Looking For
  • A strategic yet hands-on leader with at least 5 years of experience in operations, facilities, marketing, or IT leadership (healthcare, hospitality, or service industries are a big plus!).

  • Someone who can manage multiple teams and vendors while keeping service quality and innovation at the center.
