Operations Executive

1. Order Fulfilment:

• Oversee logistics, documentation, and on-site coordination with customers and associates to ensure smooth operations.

1. Project and Initiative Support:

• Assist in the creation and development of GoListid and GoTagID teams, including their application in the Philippines.

• Monitor and oversee projects, equipment, and services rendered by Mlion Corporation to ensure quality and timeliness.

1. Shipment Coordination:

• Coordinate documentation from suppliers (local and international) to clients in the Philippines.

• Arrange and manage the arrival of shipments, including any special requirements or adjustments.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

1. Operational Oversight:

• Ensure that office operational activities are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Identify and address operational challenges, proposing solutions to improve efficiency.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and provide regular status reports to management.

1. Other Duties:

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any disciplines, or higher.

• Min. 2 years relevant working experience.

• Possess good inter-personal, strong communication and marketing skills.

• Adaptable and Independent.

• Responsible and mature with high level of literacy competence.

• A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience.

• Able to work independently and prioritize work with minimum supervision.

Others:

• 5 days work week, 9am-5pm.

• Successful candidate will be hired and based in Manila, Philippines.

• 13th Month Pay.

• Performance Bonus subjected to individual and company’s performance.
