Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Engineer to support the delivery of production systems and services from our Manila office.

You will monitor operational requirements and service agreements to maintain reliability, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Record to Report is required.
• Strong understanding of ERP financial modules and integration points.
• Experience solving complex production environment issues.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
• Experience documenting processes and ensuring compliance with standards.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will spend your day ensuring the smooth functioning and delivery of production systems and services. Your role involves monitoring operational requirements and service agreements to maintain system reliability and performance. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to address issues promptly and support continuous service improvements, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Record to Report.
• Strong knowledge of financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in production environments.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels.
• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Skilled in documenting processes and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Record to Report.
