Overview

The TSCO Extension Office's Operations Associate shall provide end-to-end support for delivery of the bank’s Trade and Supply Chain services. It provides support for either front office services; processing of import, export and other trade-related services; or back-office support.


Responsibilities


  • Ensures the timely and complete retrieval of applications and instructions from the applicable systems related to the assigned products being handled.

  • Ensures the completeness, correctness, consistency, and compliance of transaction implementation based on the submitted application and supporting documents, applicable international and local regulations, and the Bank’s internal policies, guidelines, and approved facilities.

  • Encodes transaction details in the applicable systems and ensures accurate transaction implementation prior to forwarding to the Checker and Officer for review and approval.

  • Monitors the status, facilitates initial investigation, and ensures timely resolution and response to referred queries and float items.

  • Supports other EO Services (e.g., check disbursement).

  • Facilitates the manual posting of transactions in the applicable systems.
