Operations Associate - 2 years Experience - Quezon City

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to work on-site in Quezon City.

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and will work full-time.

Job Description

The Operations Associate will provide administrative support to the EPMI Operations Department and will be functionally supervised by the Operations Manager. The key responsibilities include:

  • Processing of Monthly Workplan/Revolving Fund Replenishment of Area Managers
  • Processing of AM travels during meetings and activities (travel forms, cash advances, bookings, and accommodations)
  • Processing of travels of OM during meetings and activities (travel forms, cash advances, liquidations, bookings, and accommodations)
  • Preparation/Cancellation of Mortgage/s for fully paid clients, ensuring all necessary documentations are attached
  • Updating of bank signatories of Branch/Unit Offices accounts
  • Preparation and dissemination of correspondence for the Operations Department
  • Preparation of performance rankings for review by the OM and FM and approval of the ED
  • Preparation and monitoring of the Operations Department budget

The Operations Associate will also be responsible for Microfinance Information Data Sharing (MiDAS), which includes:

  • Prepares and validates financial data for import into MiDAS, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Formats and manipulates data within BAR and POD templates according to specific requirements
  • Reconciles data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Uploads processed files to the MiDAS system following established naming conventions
  • Monitors and reports the status of data processing (Complete, Pending, or Error) to AFAOs, and escalates errors for resolution
  • Maintains accurate records of processed data

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Education: Preferably a graduate of any Business course
  • Work Experience: With at least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience
  • Has working knowledge in basic administrative and finance and accounting principles
  • Well organized and systematic in following work procedures
  • Has effective communication and customer relations skills
