TASQ is urgently looking to fill an on-site position for an Operations Assistant Manager (Sales - Telco).

The initial pre-screening interview will be conducted over the phone.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates daily operations and facilitates the implementation of short- to medium-term activities within the team.
2. Provides input on policies, processes, and standards, with a focus on tactical and operational decisions within a defined scope.
3. Manages a diverse team comprised of specialists and support roles, taking full responsibility for the employee lifecycle.
4. At least 1 year of sales experience.
5. Experience with outbound and inbound sales.
6. Available to start immediately.
