POSITION: Operations Assistant - HDMF Financing
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Financing HDMF Associate processes the housing loan applications and service requests regarding HDMF loan concerns. They ensure that HDMF financing accounts will be applied and processed for a housing loan and assigned service requests are completed within the standard processing time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree on any 4-year course. Preferably related to Management, Finance and/or information sciences or any computational courses.
- Preferably with 1 year experience on HDMF processing or any other related industry.
- Proven customer service experience
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes HDMF financing and re-financing accounts within the given standard processing time starting from printing of technical requirements until foldering of customer requirements for QA.
- Effectively and appropriately communicates and assists our clients through phone, email or face-to-face interaction, to address their concerns and also collect necessary documentation and/or payments from clients for the loan to be processed within the given standard processing time.
- Ensures that service requests assigned to him/her are resolved/completed within set turnaround time.
- Ensure accurate documentation of folders prior delivery to Pag-Ibig.
- Sends daily productivity/accomplishment report to the Customer Financing HDMF Team Lead.
