A leading company in the motorcycle industry is looking for an Operations Admin Manager to oversee administrative and operational processes across its branches. The ideal candidate will manage key functions such as inventory, documentation, and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency to support sales targets.
Job Summary
The Operations Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and streamlining administrative and operational processes across assigned regional branches to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
This role plays a critical part in supporting sales operations by managing backend functions such as documentation, inventory, system updates, and cashiering compliance. The Operations Admin Manager ensures that all operational tasks are executed in a timely and organized manner, enabling frontline teams to focus on achieving sales and profitability targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Tracking, reporting, and ensuring the timely completion of installment sales and motorcycle registration documents, critical for on-time loan approvals and LTO registration
Managing inventory of motorcycle units and SPAO (spare parts, accessories and oils).
Ensuring that merchandise transfers (MT) are promptly and accurately reflected in the NetSuite system.
Ensuring compliance with cashiering procedures such as checking of petty cash and cash deposits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations, administrative management, or branch support roles
Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or retail industry is an advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and inventory management processes
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational reporting tools
Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams
Ability to lead and supervise support staff
