Job summary

Monee in Manila is offering a risk management internship to support the operational risk team in monitoring KRIs, incidents and gaps within set timelines. You will help cascade risk policies and migrate training materials to the e-Learning platform.

The role requires good verbal, written and listening communication skills and a strong curiosity about banking risk functions. Hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City with up to 3 months internship.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Technology, Accountancy, Management or related disciplines

• Assist the operational risk team in monitoring risk indicators such as KRIs, control testing results, incidents and gaps against limits and thresholds

• Assist the operational risk team in its monitoring of risk indicators such as KRIs, control testing results, incidents and gaps against limit and thresholds and work with risk owners/group risk team to resolve breaches/issues within set timeline
• Support in the cascade of risk policies and migration of training materials to e-Learning
• Coordinate operational risk information from various stakeholders, and assist in the preparation of regular reports to the Board, Senior Management or relevant committees

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Technology, Accountancy, Management or related disciplines
• Consistent verbal, written and listening communication skills
• High level of curiosity to learn Banking and the functions of risk management department
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
• Can commit up to 3 months of internship
