Job description

Support operational excellence by assisting in data collection, process audits, and cross‑functional collaboration at onsemi.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist with data collection, documentation, and preliminary analysis to accelerate project timelines and reduce delays in prototype builds and process qualification.
• Provide support for non‑critical New Product Introduction (NPI) tasks, including process audits, BOM updates, and CI action coordination.
• Gather and organize production data, update process documentation, and maintain accurate records for prototype builds and qualification runs.
• Assist in reviewing process compliance, updating Bills of Materials, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy.
• Help schedule and monitor product tests, compile results, and prepare summary reports for engineering review.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency in NPI workflows and support the implementation of minor process improvements under guidance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
