RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' is seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor (Civil Engr) to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. As the Operation Supervisor (Civil Engr), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our civil engineering projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to ensure timely completion

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Oversee the work of the project team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback

Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and best practices

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient solutions

Prepare detailed reports, budgets, and other project-related documentation

What We're Looking For

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the civil engineering industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
