A leading BPO healthcare provider in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Team Leader to manage team activities, motivate employees, and achieve organizational goals. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare BPO, with excellent communication and people management skills. Interested individuals should be ready to start ASAP and able to work in a BGC site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BPO Healthcare for 3 to 5 years.
• Experience as a senior TL in BPO.
• Proven knowledge of ASA, CSAT, AHT.
• Can start ASAP.
