Job summary

Nexlence in the Philippines is seeking a Country Strategy Leader to develop and implement the country plan in line with global objectives. You will oversee operations and lead a management team to drive performance in a dynamic BPO environment.

You will monitor market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with regional teams, and promote Nexlence's reputation and local culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Sales, Management or related field.
• 10+ years in BPO with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that grow pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decisive decision-making.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills a plus.
