Otsuka-Solar Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead trucking and transport operations at onsite Western Bicutan, Taguig. You will coordinate with our in-house fleet and manpower agencies to ensure safe, timely deliveries.

This role requires 3–5 years in logistics/transport, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and third-party partners to resolve transport challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics/transport operations, trucking, and dispatch.
• Experience coordinating with manpower agencies and occasional third-party providers.
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable presenting to Leadership. Experience with logistics or warehouse systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily truck schedules and deliveries using our in-house fleet.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure drivers and helpers are deployed on time.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and third-party transport partners to resolve transport challenges.
• Track and report key transport metrics, ensuring accurate documentation and operational visibility.
