Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking a senior risk and compliance professional in the Philippines to lead governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence onsite in Ortigas/Antipolo. The role focuses on designing policies, monitoring frameworks, and coordinating with regulators.

With 3–5 years of relevant experience and certifications such as CAMS, CRM, or CIA, you will advise leadership, conduct audits, and promote a culture of integrity and ethics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance.
• CAMS, CRM, or CIA certifications are highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex documents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities; maintain total confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor risk management policies and compliance programs aligned with local and international regulations.
• Lead internal audits and risk assessments; provide actionable mitigation recommendations.
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory bodies and advise department heads on compliance matters.
• Develop and deliver training to promote risk awareness and ethical conduct across the organization.
• Prepare detailed risk and compliance reports for the Board and executive leadership.
