Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. invites applications for a Paralegal/Litigation Support role based at MOA Complex, Pasay City. The position involves preparing and maintaining legal documents, assisting lawyers with pleadings, and monitoring case progress.

You will also coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations, liaise with external counsel, and ensure timely filing with courts and agencies. A 5–7 year background in legal support and a relevant bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a paralegal or in legal support roles.
• Experience in litigation and/or labor matters is preferred.
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation.
• Experience in a corporate or law firm environment is an advantage.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and case files.
• Assist lawyers in drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal reports.
• Monitor case progress and maintain updated records of all litigation matters.
• Ensure proper filing and submission of documents with courts and government agencies.
• Provide assistance in handling litigation and labor cases and coordinate schedules.
• Liaise with external counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely compliance with requirements.
• Maintain organized legal records and database systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the Legal Team.
