Job summary

Concentrix Philippines seeks a staffing coordinator to support operations in Davao City. You will manage agent preferences, time-off requests, and the shift bid process while developing staffing plans and thresholds for overhead and absences.

Reporting and analytics will be key, as you prepare hiring and scheduling reports for Business Development and Operations, ensuring timely, accurate staffing decisions and on-site collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines
• Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage agent preferences, time-off requests, and shift bid process.
• Consult with Operations to develop staffing requirements by setting thresholds for overhead, time-off, overtime, and absences.
• Develop schedules and staffing plans for assigned business in an accurate and timely manner.
• Identify schedule/plan changes in relevant databases and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Prepare reports for hiring needs to be presented to Business Development.
• Prepare reports for schedule and staffing analysis to be presented to Operations.
