• Fresh graduate or student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree for a full‑time role.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares schedules of work for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
• Develops, recommends and implements new procedures and techniques to improve radiologic and ultrasound imaging services.
• Ensures appropriate level of stocks for radiographic supplies onsite. Monitors the documentation and filing system of x-ray reading forms and CDs.
• Ensures diagnostic/radiologic requests are validated thru Pathlink system promptly following the committed turnaround time.
• Formulates recommendations concerning the department operating budget.
• Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients and staff in compliance with BHDT and PNRI requirements.
• Facilitates timely renewal of licenses as required by the Department of Health.
• Supports Company Programs and quality assurance measures.
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
• Maintains the highest level of professionalism.

Note: This role requires field work. Employees will report to various client locations for onsite AME/APE services. The Makati office serves as the official work location, but some assignments may be at different client sites.
