Job summary

ESC Corporation is hiring a Property Development Project Coordinator in Ortigas to support Australian property development and mortgage broking activities. The role combines project administration, development coordination, consultant management and marketing support.

You will assist with progression of development projects while supporting design coordination, presentation materials and social media content, coordinating with consultants and contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Property, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting property development, construction or design projects.
• Project administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track development projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate documentation relating to DA, CC and other approval processes.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and other consultants.
• Monitor progress of external deliverables and coordinate meetings.
