Job summary

Imagenet LLC is seeking a registered nurse to serve as Company Nurse and HR/Admin Assistant in our Makati office. The role blends on-site healthcare delivery with essential administrative support, focused on safety, wellness, and orderly personnel records.

You will manage first aid, liaise with medical facilities and HMOs, handle pre-employment health screenings, benefits processing, and routine HR tasks, while ensuring compliance with health and labor regulations. Immediate start encouraged.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid nursing license.
• OHNAP or BOSH for NURSE preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or occupational health.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulation and occupational health standards.
• Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to conduct health assessments and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and medical care on-site and prepare reports.
• Coordinate reservation of partner medical facilities for employees.
• Act as point person for pre-employment medical exam results and HMO matters.
• Ensure clinic compliance with safety and health labor laws and DOLE reports.
• Maintain employee medical records and organize medical equipment.
• Oversee emergency medicine inventory and replenishments.
