People Partners Co is hiring for a US Investment Fund Accountant to support hedge fund operations. The role is onsite in Quezon City, Philippines, with a night shift (EST).

You will work with a Senior Accountant on fund accounting tasks and US K-1 statements, focusing on accuracy, audit support, and timely financial reporting. The position emphasizes strong accounting basics, proficiency in Excel/Outlook/QuickBooks, and experience with fund accounting principles.

Competenze

• Strong general accounting skills including AP/AR management.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks (or similar).
• Experience in audit assistance and documentation.
• Ability to prepare U.S. K-1 financial statements (full 14-page version).
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, emails, and in-house databases (e.g., Access).
• Knowledge of hedge fund or investment fund accounting principles.
• Able to review and reconcile client balance sheets, internal reports, and bank statements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
