Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join the Manila office on an onsite basis in Pasig. The role supports the Head of Investment Operations and a team of analysts in day-to-day operations, client onboarding, and service-provider oversight.

Key tasks include fund reporting, trade execution, reconciliation, platform maintenance, and compliance monitoring, with emphasis on numeracy and Excel proficiency. Strong communication and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Registry/Transfer Agency/Investor Relations preferred.
• Numerate, self-motivated with ability to build relationships with 3rd party providers.
• Flexible communications skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Professionally presented at all times.
• Hard working, friendly, energetic; willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to work beyond required hours if needed.
• Must have a sense of responsibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Administration duties.
• Unit registry.
• Updating client details.
• Platform maintenance.
• Client onboardings.
• Fund reporting, trade execution and reconciliation of fund and client positions (numeracy and working with excel is a key requirement).
• Payment entry.
• Compliance monitoring.
• Manage relationships with counter-parties (Registry, Custody and Administrators).
• General Administration and business operational matters.
• Perform other duties from time to time.
