Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related technical course.
• Licensed electrician is an advantage.
• 2+ years facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and utility systems.
• Monitor HVAC systems, AHUs, exhaust and ventilation equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and permits.
• Maintain records and work orders using maintenance system.
• Support energy conservation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness in utility rooms and workspaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Supervisor/Manager.
