Job summary

ActiveOne Health, Inc. seeks a licensed pharmacist to validate Rx during ASM events and to support the order-taking team with leadership from the lead pharmacist and Business Development Team. You will also handle inventory counts, data gathering and reporting while staying aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will serve onsite at field events, oversee storage and distribution of medicines, and collaborate with PBM and event organizers. The role may involve extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy and an active PRC registered pharmacist in good standing.
• Available to work Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with possible extended hours.
• 1–2 years experience in order fulfillment in community or online pharmacy.
• Knowledge of generics and equivalence.
• Familiar with inventory systems and able to monitor stocks.

Responsibilities

• Field Event Support: act as onsite pharmacist during events, ensuring standards and policy compliance.
• Coordinate and collaborate with PBM team and event organizers for smooth field activities.
• Administrative duties: maintain logs and inventory reports, support pharma tasks as needed.
