Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist based in Calauan, Laguna, Philippines, to manage on-site logistics for in-person events. You will coordinate planning meetings, ship materials, staff events, and be the day-of hands-on on-site lead.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details, ship materials, and staff for each event.
• On-site setup, run of show, and tear-down to ensure high-quality guest experience.
• Be the Visit.org representative and problem-solver at events.
• Manage check-in and assist guests with a warm, professional welcome.
• Escalate issues to the Events Team when needed and provide updates.
