Visit.org seeks a Freelance In-Person Event Specialist to manage logistics for events in Calauan, Laguna, Philippines. The role is on-site, per-event, and requires strong English communication and hands-on coordination with partners, staff, and guests.

The candidate will oversee event setup, run of show, and teardown, while maintaining a high-quality guest experience and flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Based in Calauan, Laguna, Philippines.
• Contract per-event basis with availability on nights/weekends as needed.
• Experience in complex, large-scale events and on-site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all event details, ship materials, and staff for each event.
• Join virtual planning meetings with corporate partners, nonprofits, and coordinators.
• Be on-site to set up, run, and tear down events; ensure high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage check-in and warmly welcome guests at events.
• Escalate issues to the Events Team when necessary and provide timely updates.
