Position Title: Onsite Engineer (Civil Engineer - Licensed)
Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Head
Location: Various Project Sites (Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-time
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities follow project plans, timelines, and specifications.
Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other onsite personnel.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports, punch lists, and quality assurance documents.
Assist in cost estimation, materials management, and scheduling.
Address technical issues at the site and recommend immediate solutions.
Facilitate site meetings and inspections with clients, consultants, and government agencies when required.
Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports and other necessary documentation.
Monitor usage of materials and equipment to minimize wastage.
Ensure that all project activities are aligned with the company's mission of delivering high-quality developments.
Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 1–5 years of onsite construction or project management experience preferred (fresh licensed engineers are welcome to apply for junior positions).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), and basic surveying tools.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project timelines.
Willing to be assigned to different project sites nationwide.
Familiarity with ISO standards and project documentation.
Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Project Costing.
Health and Safety Officer (COSHP) training or certification is an advantage.
