Job summary

ConnectOS in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Data Entry Admin for a full onsite role. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT at Megatower, Mandaluyong. Salary ranges from ₱30,000 to ₱40,000 monthly.

The ideal candidate will enter and update data accurately, maintain data integrity, and handle data requests with speed and precision. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is required, with Monday.com experience a plus.

Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
High accuracy with data and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Able to learn new software systems and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Maintain data integrity and correct inconsistencies.
Verify data for errors and perform regular audits.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Respond to data requests and generate reports.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.
