blaseek is seeking a skilled Security SME in the Philippines (Metro Manila, Taguig) to design, implement, and maintain secure environments using built-in native security tools. You will bring 5–7 years of security engineering experience with cloud-native and enterprise security controls.

You will configure firewalls, WAFs, NAC, SIEM, and related tooling, while helping teams with automation, runbooks, and documentation.

Formación

• 5–7 years of IT security or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience configuring native security tools across cloud and on-premises.
• Proven ability to perform vulnerability assessments and compliance audits.
• Strong scripting and ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain native security components (firewalls, WAF, ACLs, security lists).
• Design and deploy security solutions for hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Create and maintain security runbooks and templates.
• Use scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell) to streamline deployment and monitoring.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and audits.
• Troubleshoot and optimize security technologies in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide security guidance.
• Support changes in security technologies and policies.
