Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a Call Center—preferably in an International Voice Account—are preferred, though no experience is required if applicants demonstrate strong English communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 6 months Call Center experience in an International Voice Account preferred, but no experience required.
• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Experience in content moderation or similar roles is an advantage.
• Willing to complete same-day onsite process after passing phone pre-screening.
• Must be amenable to work 100% onsite.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content across platforms.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
