Job summary

TeleDial is seeking a Company Nurse to provide basic healthcare services and medical assistance to employees at our Pasig office. The role focuses on promoting health and safety, responding to medical concerns, maintaining health records, and supporting wellness programs.

Responsibilities include providing first aid, assessing health concerns, documenting treatments, and coordinating with external healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications

• RN in the Philippines with an active PRC license.
• OHNAP certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in a company/occupational health setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees.
• Monitor and document consultations, treatments and incidents.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and health reports.
• Administer basic medications as allowed by policy.
• Keep the company clinic and supplies in order and safe.
• Coordinate with hospitals/clinics for additional care when needed.
• Assist in health and safety policy implementation.
