Job summary

Almex Technologies Philippines Inc. in Cavite is seeking a Health Officer to support employee wellness and safety. You will update sickness records, monitor medicines, and assist the Company Physician during health events.

Responsibilities include handling first aid, organizing labels and signage on health concerns, coordinating annual physical examinations, and preparing medicines for Genba and reporting consumption. You may perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Update sickness records daily and maintain records.
• Monitor, request, inventory and issuance of medicines.
• Assist and give first aid to injured employees and bring them to hospital if needed.
• Create and post labels/signages related to Health concerns.
• Facilitate Annual Physical Examination for all employees.
• Assist Company Physician and report after assisting the Company Physician.
• Prepare medicines for employees including those who will go on Genba and report the Genba medicine consumption.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and coordinate transport to hospital when needed.
• Create and post health-related labels and signage.
• Facilitate annual physical exams for staff.
• Support Company Physician and report after assistance.
