Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Collection Associate to ensure accurate processing of incoming payments, timely conversion of delivery receipts, and reconciliation of customer accounts to improve cash flow. This onsite role is based in Ermita, Manila, reporting to the Team Leader - Collection.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or any business course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills to clearly discuss payment concerns, resolve disputes, and provide account updates to Sales/internal teams, and stakeholders.
Attention to details to produce and maintain accurate collection records.
Adaptability to learn and handle a variety of tasks involved in the collection process.

Responsibilities

Ensures accuracy, completeness and timely conversion and transmittal of collection documents to streamline the collection process according to company policies and standards.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records required to facilitate/streamline the collection process according to company policies and standards.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Supply Chain Management to address and resolve billing-related concerns.
