Job summary

MR Accounting and Bookkeeping Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support our accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, prepare documents, and help ensure timely completion of tasks.

This role requires BS Accountancy, familiarity with taxation and bookkeeping, Excel proficiency, and onsite work in Cavite. Fresh graduates are welcome; CPA is highly preferred or required depending on the position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting-related course.
• CPA is highly preferred/required, depending on the position.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and organize accounting documents, vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
• Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with tax compliance and government-related accounting requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documents for audit.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
