Neksjob Philippines is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our onsite team. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information via phone, email, or chat while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving inquiries, maintaining records, meeting quality and attendance metrics, and collaborating with teammates to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or senior high school graduate.
• Minimum 6 months BPO/Call Center experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Meet performance metrics for quality, attendance, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.
