Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in Quezon City is seeking a Governance and Assurance Lead to design and implement governance frameworks, develop SOPs and process controls, and drive process improvement initiatives.

You will audit frameworks, manage day-to-day operations, document findings, track corrective actions, and produce reliable reports, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Legal, HR, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Accountancy, Legal Management or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in at least two areas: governance design, audits, SOPs, or process controls.
• Experience in compliance monitoring or quality assurance programs.
• Experience developing governance dashboards, KPIs, or executive reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Legal, HR, Operations, PMO, or Client Services) to drive governance and improvements.
• Experience supporting regional or global operations is preferred.
• Must be amenable to report onsite 100% and work in fixed midshift schedule.
• Must be amenable to work in VXI Quezon City or VXI Bridgetowne Pasig
