Qualifications

• Must have an Accountancy degree
• Minimum 2 years of solid work experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, principles, and regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work onsite

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in payroll processing and related record-keeping
• Respond to internal and external financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Utilize accounting software and spreadsheets to manage financial data efficiently
• Collaborate with the Finance team to support audit and reporting requirements
• File government-related documents and maintain proper documentation
