Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process and fulfill online orders, ensuring all customer and shipping details are complete and correct.
  • Manage and regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
  • Provide responsive and professional customer support via Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels.
  • Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through Facebook, TikTok, and messaging apps to generate and convert leads.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse / logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Support promotional efforts, including content preparation, messaging, and customer follow-up during campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance and report insights to management.
  • Maintain sales records, track inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks related to online transactions.
Qualifications
  • Proven 1-2 years experience in online or physical sales, online account management or customer service
  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through digital platforms, email, and online sales channels (Facebook, TikTok, Whatsapp or Viber)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms.
  • Can do clerical works (printing, filing)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of inventory / order tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online communication tools (email, chat or calls).
