Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fulfill online orders, ensuring all customer and shipping details are complete and correct.
- Manage and regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
- Provide responsive and professional customer support via Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels.
- Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through Facebook, TikTok, and messaging apps to generate and convert leads.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse / logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Support promotional efforts, including content preparation, messaging, and customer follow-up during campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance and report insights to management.
- Maintain sales records, track inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks related to online transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven 1-2 years experience in online or physical sales, online account management or customer service
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through digital platforms, email, and online sales channels (Facebook, TikTok, Whatsapp or Viber)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Can do clerical works (printing, filing)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of inventory / order tracking systems is an advantage.
