Job summary

Ruvimo is seeking passionate English Tutors to deliver live 1:1 online sessions for K-12 students in the United States. You will teach ELA, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, literature and comprehension tailored to each learner's level and needs.

You will help students strengthen reading and writing skills while encouraging clear expression and confident voices. Sessions are interactive, using stories, discussions, and creative exercises delivered online with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, Journalism, Communications or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching or tutoring K-12 students.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing.

Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

• Have prior experience teaching or tutoring K-12 students.

• Have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Have a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing.

• Can explain concepts clearly and make lessons engaging rather than textbook-heavy.

• Are comfortable teaching students from the US education system or are willing to learn it.

• Are confident using technology and conducting classes online.

• Have a stable internet connection, suitable teaching setup and a quiet environment.
