The GameZone platform specializes in fair PvP card games and is rapidly becoming a leading brand in the industry. We are looking for an online channel operations specialist with experience in advertising and data analysis to help manage multi-channel campaigns and achieve user growth targets.
Position Overview
This position is responsible for managing the online advertising budget, covering multi-channel campaigns such as major media, OEM channels, and affiliate channels, as well as conducting data analysis to optimize campaign performance in support of the company's user growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Online Advertising Budget Management
- Develop and manage the online advertising budget, ensuring reasonable fund allocation to achieve user growth targets.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and adjust budget allocation based on effectiveness.
- Channel Management and Performance Analysis
- Responsible for budget allocation and performance analysis for major media (e.g., Facebook, X, TikTok, Google Ads, Viber, etc.), OEM channels, and affiliate channels.
- Maintain good communication with channel partners to ensure efficient use of advertising resources.
- Creative Strategy Development and Optimization
- Develop online advertising creative strategies, designing high-conversion materials that align with market demands and user characteristics.
- Continuously track performance data of materials, optimizing and iterating to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Generate copy and content ideas, collaborating with the design team for execution.
- Data Infrastructure and Performance Analysis
- Follow up on the progress of the company's internal data infrastructure, ensuring smooth data collection and analysis processes.
- Regularly produce performance analysis reports based on company data needs, providing data support for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, data analysis, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in online advertising or marketing. Experience with major media, OEM, or affiliate advertising is preferred.
- Skill Requirements: Familiarity with advertising tools and performance tracking, such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc. Strong data analysis skills, capable of independently conducting performance analysis and providing optimization suggestions. Understanding of creative design and optimization processes, with experience collaborating with design teams.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
