Job summary

EY is seeking Onestream Consultants to support growth in EPM engagements. You will lead end-to-end OneStream solution design, implementation, and enhancement, driving requirements gathering, data integration, and architecture while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• OneStream EPM platform knowledge and architecture.
• Experience with financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Understanding of finance transformation and EPM best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams and deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead OneStream EPM solution design, implementation, and enhancement activities.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Design and oversee financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and account reconciliation processes.
• Lead data integration, workflow configuration, and application architecture activities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Support project planning, estimations, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices across implementation engagements.
• Contribute to solution development, proposal preparation, and practice growth initiatives.
