A cybersecurity consultancy is seeking a Consultant IAM – One Identity Manager to strengthen their Identity & Access Management practice. The role involves designing and maintaining connections within IAM systems, performing testing, and documenting processes. Ideal candidates will have experience with One Identity Manager, understand IAM principles, and possess strong skills in PowerShell and SQL. Qualifications

• Proven experience with One Identity Manager in enterprise or production environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning and workflows.
• Professional English (written and spoken).
• Experience in hybrid environments (On-Prem / Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain connectors between One Identity Manager and integrated systems.
• Perform functional and technical testing of IAM configurations.
• Write and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Publish access products and services through the One Identity Manager web portal.
• Perform functional and technical testing of IAM configurations.
• Prepare validation and deployment documentation.
• Manage production releases (transport to production, coordination, follow-up).
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for the IAM platform.
• Analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Propose continuous improvements and optimizations of IAM processes.
• Write and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing via collaborative tools (Confluence, internal communities).

We are looking for a Consultant IAM – One Identity Manager to strengthen our Identity & Access Management practice and contribute to integration, automation, and industrialization projects in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Integration & Configuration

• Design, implement, and maintain connectors between One Identity Manager and integrated systems.
• Configure and customize IAM integrations (attribute mapping, templates, provisioning rules).
• Implement approval workflows, remediation processes, and identity lifecycle automation.
• Publish access products and services through the One Identity Manager web portal.

Testing, Validation & Deployment

• Perform functional and technical testing of IAM configurations.
• Prepare validation and deployment documentation.
• Manage production releases (transport to production, coordination, follow-up).
• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for the IAM platform.
• Analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Propose continuous improvements and optimizations of IAM processes.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Write and maintain technical and functional documentation.
