Job summary

We Hope Medical Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for our PACO CHEMOTHERAPY CENTER. This full-time role involves direct pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, including preparation, dispensing, and counseling for cytotoxic medications.

The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with a PRC license, a BS in Pharmacy, and hospital/clinical pharmacy experience. Residency in PACO is required, with a strong focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist (PRC License required).
A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in drug dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
Detail-oriented with strong patient safety awareness.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Must be currently residing in PACO.

Responsibilities

Review, prepare, compound, and dispense chemotherapy and supportive medications
Verify chemotherapy orders for correctness, dosage accuracy, and drug compatibility
Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and disposal of cytotoxic agents
Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients
Monitor medication inventory to prevent shortages and expirations
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
