Job summary

Princess Cruises is looking for a Utility Beverage Attendant in the Philippines to ensure seamless beverage service and enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include supporting bar operations, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining compliance with safety and public health standards.

The successful candidate will have at least a year of relevant experience and capabilities in communication, organization, and teamwork, and should be motivated with a guest service focus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in roles like Bar Waiter or F&B Runner.
• Basic understanding of public health and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of food and beverage products and operations.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Strong foundation in guest service with a focus on exceptional service.
• Motivated with a warm and friendly personality.
• Commitment to professionalism in a diverse environment.
• Ability to converse in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth beverage service aboard while maintaining high standards.
• Support delivery of excellent guest experiences by maintaining the bar.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and assist bartenders.
• Record guest and teammate orders using the onboard POS system.
• Follow all environmental policies and enforce compliance with alcohol service.
