• Reviewed and evaluated architectural and structural plans for compliance with the Deed of Restrictions and Design Review Committee requirements.
• Conducted regular site inspections to monitor construction and identify potential violations.
• Prepared violation notices, memoranda, construction guidelines, and audit findings related to architectural and structural compliance.
• Coordinated with contractors, engineers, residents, and lot owners regarding construction concerns, repairs, and project requirements.
• Prepared repair estimates and purchase requests, coordinated suppliers and contractors, processed construction bond refunds, and supported facility turnover and maintenance.
