Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any engineering course.
• Willing to work on-site, handling instrument assembly or reagent production (cleanroom/laboratory).
• With good leadership and technical skills.
• With knowledge in SAP application or related system.
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, evaluate machines and drive process improvements.
• Generate work instructions, SOPs, weekly reports, and presentations as needed.
• Gather data, analyze with problem-solving tools, and recommend CAPA.
• SAP Product Confirmation to Goods Receipt for finished products.
• Participate in process audits as required.
• Support new product development.
• Design, install, monitor upgrades of new production units, and troubleshoot.
• Monitor and act timely to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Assist operators to meet targets and improve product quality.
• Participate in process/product validation and PFMEA.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety, housekeeping.
