Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a Piping Foreman to supervise daily piping installation activities at on-site locations, ensuring work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

The role involves coordinating with the Project Site Engineer, assigning tasks to pipe fitters, monitoring progress, materials and manpower, and assisting with piping pressure testing as needed. This on-site role is based at SM MOA Square, Pasay City.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in piping installation, preferably HVAC or MEPF projects.
Knowledge of piping systems, pipe fitting, installation, and testing procedures.
Ability to read piping drawings and technical plans.
Experience in supervising and managing workers on-site.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assign daily tasks to piping workers and pipe fitters.
Ensure proper piping installation based on approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor work progress, materials, tools, and manpower requirements.
Coordinate with the Project Site Engineer and other site personnel.
Conduct inspections and assist in piping pressure testing when required.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and quality standards.
Prepare daily accomplishment reports and report site issues to the Project Site Engineer.
