Job summary

Detpak Packaging Philippines Inc. seeks an on-site Machine Operator in Taguig with 1-3 years of experience and a Diploma. You will own the machine production process, ensure speeds meet targets, and uphold quality and safety standards.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, manage materials, and assist in training teammates to improve overall operation. The role requires vigilance in compliance, active participation in the preventative maintenance schedule, and collaboration with the Production

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• End to end ownership of the machines and machine production process in line with QSE standards.
• Ensures specification speeds are met to achieve production targets.
• Maintains quality and safety systems and procedures.
• Performs basic troubleshooting and coordinates with Maintenance as needed.
• Manages raw materials and consumables used by the machine.
• Trains other team members in machine operation and related processes.
• Operates equipment as required.
• Supports resolution of quality complaints.
• Maintains effective communication with the team and management.
