Reyes Tacandong & Co is seeking a Company OSH Nurse to be based on-site at Makati City. The successful candidate will develop and implement workplace health and safety programs and provide rapid emergency medical care to employees.

You will maintain medical records, perform health checks, and ensure compliance with safety practices as part of a busy occupational health team. The role requires a nursing degree, active RN license, and prior experience in a company or regular nursing role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse license is required.
• Experience as a Company or Regular Nurse preferred.
• Ability to administer medical aid in emergencies and maintain composure under pressure.
• Good communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
• Maintain all employees' medical records.
• Improve employees' health through ongoing programs and health checks.
• Conduct monthly inventory of medicines and supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of industrial safety and medical best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
