Job summary

Wilcon Corp is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of a commercial mall construction project. You will work with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards on-site.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background, 5–10 years of project management or site supervision experience, and familiarity with MS Project/AutoCAD. Knowledge of retail construction and safety standards is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Licensed Engineer/Architect is an advantage
• 5-10 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision
• Experience in commercial or mall projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction operations and site activities
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Review plans, drawings, and technical specifications for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company procedures
• Track project costs, variations, and assist in budget monitoring
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management
• Attend site meetings and help resolve technical and operational issues
